Sheriff Scott Walls received a $294,289.00 grant to fight meth in Marshall County. The grant was awarded to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office by the United States Department of Justice. This grant will assist the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office in expanding resources to fight methamphetamine abuse. The battle against meth is one that we all must be aware of and fight together. It is imperative that community members educate their children about the dangers of meth and promote awareness of this growing problem in our area. The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office has a visual aid mobile training center to provide on-site training for citizens, schools, crime watch groups, etc. This website can also be used to send anonymous and confidential tips on suspected drug dealers to the Marshall Co. Sheriff’s Office.
